HOW IT WORKS:
Start by entering your weight, in either pounds or kilograms. Then, select a restaurant, and then begin entering specific food items. After you have entered your selections, click on the "Calculate" button.
The app will convert those calories into minutes of exercise. The results are displayed for walking, jogging, swimming, and biking.
In some cases, you might be surprised at how long you have to exercise to burn off the calories in some of your favorite foods. But, that's the point: do you really need a large order of fries, or, whipped cream on top of your latte? Remember: If you can achieve a calorie deficit of 500 cal per day, you will lose 1-lb per week.
